Vilene "Tacky" is a fibrous water-soluble stabilizer with a pressure-sensitive (sticky) coating that assists in holding hard-to-hoop areas in place while supporting dense designs. Vilene "Sticky" Water-Soluble is also known as "Wet N Gone", "Tacky", or "Aqua Magic."
