OUR SERVICES

Our professional team of technicians offers onsite servicing for all Brother Multi Needle Embroidery Machines, so you can keep your machine in its original location without having to lift and move it. We are also a Brother and Juki Warranty Repair Centre, meaning we provide support for all Brother & Juki customers, no matter where you purchased your machine. As an added benefit, phone and email support is available to solve any general problems that may arise.

 

PERSONAL HISTORY

For over 25 years I have been part of the sewing machine industry and have come across many problems with all types of sewing machines, embroidery machines, overlockers and more. I first started my career at Janome Australia in 1997 as a young apprentice fixing and troubleshooting problems with all types of Janome machines. During this time, I started a TCF mechanics course, which continued for 4 years. This involved learning the industrial field of specialised machinery, electronics and welding. For the next 11 years, I found myself in the position of running the Technical Department as Head Technician which involved numerous hands-on Technician trainings in Japan, not just learning how to fix new models, but experiencing how things are made and what goes on behind the scenes in the production of Sewing Machines. I have delivered many technical training seminars for the Janome Dealer Network and helped them understand how to repair various Janome Products. In 2012 I resigned as the Head Technician to venture on a new path to run my own business FUTURE TECH Sewing. As I could say, my time at Janome taught me quite a lot of things that I still use today. It taught me independence, skill, management and the ability to help others when problems needed answering. 

Here at FUTURE TECH Sewing, my main aim is to support and educate the ones who need help. I understand your machine problems and try my best to work it out for you. I know the importance of customers, especially when you're in the middle of a BIG project, and your machine needs that quick fix. Customer Service is our priority; your machine is a bonus.
