We are a small sewing machine repair business specialising in repairing Top-end Sewing Machines, Overlockers, Embroidery Machines, Janome and Brother Multi-Needle Embroidery Machines and more. We also stock Spare Parts and some Accessories for our supporting brands. If we don't have what you want, we can help you find it.

All repairs are carried out in house, but we offer onsite Servicing to all Brother Multi Needle Embroidery Machines as we understand these machines are way too heavy to lift and preferred not to be moved. Bookings essential.  We are also a BROTHER WARRANTY REPAIR CENTRE for all Brother customers, no matter where you bought your machine. Phone or email support for general problems if you are stuck in the middle of a sewing project or your machine is not performing as it should. For over 20 years I have been part of the sewing machine industry and have come across many problems with all types of sewing machine, embroidery machines, overlockers and more.  I first started my career at Janome Australia in 1997 as a young apprentice fixing and troubleshooting problems with all types of Janome machines. In this time, I started a TCF mechanics course, which continued for 4 years. This involved learning the industrial field of specialised machinery, electronics and welding. For the next 11 years, I found myself in the position of running the Technical Department as Head Technician which involved numerous hands-on Technician trainings in Japan, not just learning how to fix new models, but experiencing how things are made and what goes on behind the scenes in the production of Sewing Machines. I have delivered many technical training seminars for the Janome Dealer Network and helping them on understanding repairing various Janome Products.  In 2012 I resigned as the Head Technician to venture on a new path to run my own business FUTURE TECH Sewing. As I could say, my time at Janome taught me quite a lot of things that I still use today. It taught me independence, skill, management and the ability to help ours when problems needed answering.  Here at FUTURE TECH Sewing Machine Repairs, my main aim is to support and educate the ones who need help. I understand machine problems you may have and try my best to work it out for you. I understand the importance of a customer, especially when your in the middle of a BIG project, and your machine needs that quick fix. Customer Service is my first priority; your machine is a bonus.
